Job Description
- Min. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5 year relevant work experience at Robotics & Automation Design
- Age Max 30 years old
- Background in robotics and automation component level designs is preferred
- Conceptual and detailed designs of components and assemblies
- Experience with detailed part/assembly design analysis is required
- Experience with part fabrication and assembly methods and processes is required
- Proficient in 2D Autocad and Autodesk in Inventor CAD program
- Great problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work on projects demanding fast prototype/ production startups
- A good team player with excellent communication, presencation, and interpersonal skill

Profil
PT Industrial Robotic Automation was founded in 2017. However, long before that, we were Special Purpose Machine division under PT Sumber Makmur Sejati Sejahtera in 2012. In those years many government economic policies that aggravate employers on human resource costs, it opens many opportunities for automation in the industries. Therefore, the SPM department renews its name to the IRA department to be more focused on industrial activity in the automation to improve efficiency in human resources.
Product quality, flexibility, research and technological innovation, and customer-oriented solutions are the signature characteristics of each machine manufactured and of each integrated solution. PT IRA specialize in Palletizing, De-palettizing and Casepacker system. However, we may accept other project as long as it is connected to Robotic Integration or Secondary Packaging.
