Philippines e-Visa for Indian Citizens

Indian passport holders can now use the Philippines e-Visa system to apply online for a Temporary Visitor’s (9(a)) visa if they need a visa for travel beyond the new short-stay visa-free options. The e-Visa allows Indian travellers to submit their application and required documents (such as a valid passport, travel itinerary, accommodation proof, and other supporting paperwork) through the official Philippines e-Visa portal (evisa.gov.ph), pay fees online, and receive an electronic visa that must be presented at the Philippine port of entry.

In addition to the e-Visa, India and the Philippines recently agreed on new visa-free entry arrangements for Indian nationals:

Indian travellers may enter the Philippines visa-free for up to 14 days for tourism or business if they have a passport valid for at least six months, confirmed accommodation, proof of sufficient funds, and a return or onward ticket.
Indian citizens holding valid visas or residence permits from the United States, Japan, Australia, Canada, Schengen countries, Singapore, or the United Kingdom can stay visa-free for up to 30 days for tourism.
The e-Visa remains useful for those who plan to stay longer than the visa-free period, want multiple-entry options, or are visiting for purposes such as business meetings, conferences, or events. Always check the official Philippines e-Visa website and the latest government announcements before applying or travelling to ensure you meet current requirements and have the right documents.
