About Candidate
As a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Institut Teknologi PLN, I have a strong background in power generation systems, heavy equipment operation, and project engineering. My professional experience includes roles in power plant construction, biomass energy operations, and industrial maintenance, where I developed strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Currently working at PT Bakti Energi Sejahtera (a subsidiary of YPK PLN), I am involved in engineering operations, project supervision, and performance evaluation for biomass fuel logistics in several PLN power plants. I have also contributed to EPC and asset management projects, gaining valuable exposure to the energy and renewable sectors.
I am passionate about learning new technologies in geothermal and sustainable energy systems. With my hands-on technical experience, leadership in student organizations, and ability to work effectively in teams, I am eager to contribute to Star Energy Geothermal’s mission to advance clean and renewable energy development in Indonesia.

Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Power Plant Operation and Maintenance, with a GPA of 3.29/4.00. Completed a thesis on “Thermal Efficiency Analysis Before and After Overhaul Turbine Inspection with Load Variations at PLTGU Priok POMU Block 4.2.” Actively involved as a laboratory assistant and student organization leader, gaining hands-on experience in mechanical systems and teamwork.
Work & Experience
Monitor and prepare maintenance schedules and reports for heavy equipment across multiple project sites. Analyze unit conditions and operational issues to improve performance and reliability. Coordinate biomass fuel delivery between site teams, suppliers, and PLN management units. Prepare and verify project progress documentation for billing and reporting purposes. Support project planning, supervision, and monitoring for EPC, asset management, and energy sector projects. Conduct client visits to maintain strong partnerships and support company performance evaluations.
Supported construction and commissioning work for Steam Power Plant (PLTU) and Water Treatment Plant (Reverse Osmosis) projects. Conducted maintenance and repair activities for piping and pump systems. Coordinated and communicated effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project workers. Managed project-related administrative tasks and documentation. Supervised radiographic welding inspections on boiler components.
