● Worked as project mechanical leader in oil splitting debottlenecking capacity project in Fatty Acid Plant with wide range scope projects, started with creating isometric, bill of material, line scheme, and CAPEX proposal to enhance production capacity from 480 TPD to 550 TPD with IRR of 29%. ● Led a steam optimization project aimed at reducing steam consumption and CO₂ emissions. Currently in Stage 1, the project has achieved an annual reduction of 2,332 metric tons of steam consumption and 50.85 tons of CO₂ emissions. ● Established a maintenance program to minimize corrective maintenance through scheduled preventive maintenance. ● Organized and led weekend activities coordination meeting between assistant manager production and maintenance to reach agreement regarding the work plan on a weekly basis.

● Build hydraulic system for Compression Test and flexural testing machine. Starting from designing, determining components and specifications, to assembling a usable hydraulic system. ● Created the design of a Compression and California Bearing Ratio (CBR) testing machine for product catalog using SolidWorks software.
