Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage and execute rainwater harvesting and water management projects from start to completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, vendors and internal teams.
Prepare project schedules, execution plans, BOQs and resource requirements.
Monitor project progress, timelines, quality and costs.
Conduct and coordinate site inspections, surveys and technical assessments.
Supervise installation of rainwater harvesting, groundwater recharge and modular storage systems.
Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications and safety standards.
Manage manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractors at project sites.
Identify project risks, delays and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with engineering and design teams for project-specific solutions.
Prepare project reports, progress updates, documentation and client presentations.
Ensure timely completion and successful handover of projects.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a related field.
5–8 years of relevant project management experience.
Experience in infrastructure, civil construction, water management, MEP, rainwater harvesting or environmental projects will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of project planning, execution and site management.
Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, measurements and project documentation.
Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
